Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

After your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has scanned your package.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
